I've changed my patient's email address on my end, and now they are no longer able to log into the portal. How can they get access?

Parents will need to sign into the patient portal using the email they originally signed up with!

Yes, after a few months we finally found the answer. Sadly, Mike is on vacations right now so I'm afraid we are not able to provide the answer at this point.
